 Noticing Sensation invites us to ~                                                                            

  • Come home to the container of our body.
  • To feel at ease and trust in sensation.
  • To allow the body to do it’s stuff … release and heal.
  • Brings presence to our life.
  • Creates a relationship with our body.
  • Empowers us to trust our self and our own innate wisdom.

 

We have this nosy mind that has to have answers, has to have solutions and logical explanations … and has to be in control.

To the extent that our body intelligence very often cannot organically do what it knows … for our head is in the way.

Today PLAY with noticing sensations in your body.

Simply noticing.

Without the feeling, becoming a thought … a label … a need to know … a story.

Simply meeting with curiosity the sensations of your magnificent intelligent body ❤
