My Tantric Poetry ~ I Am Wave.

I am a wave.

So often I need to withdraw from this shore,

Take time to know myself,

To be silent, still,

Alone.

From this distance I can see myself, life more clearly,

My interactions with others,

My handmade chaos,

The next step…

I can hear my truth,

My hearts beat,

Its dreams, its melody.

I can bathe for a while,

In my love,

Til I know I am ready …

I always return,

To dance with the ocean,

The same wave but changed,

Not many would notice,

But the ocean knows

It sees me

New, stronger, deeper,

I move with more grace,

I no longer struggle to move alone.

I am wave,

I am ocean.
