Speak From Heart Not HURT And The World Changes Accordingly.

Dear “Space”

As odd and unknown to me as you feel … you also feel so right.  Like I am meant to be right here in this moment of time … a pair of shoes that were pre-made to fit me.

Strange as that may appear after what could have been potential drama and chaos … it feels that this time was not designed to be that … No, it was held and given as a catalyst for huge change.

Nothing is bellowing the flames to let this grow wild, straying from heart into hurt.

There is a crystal ball of clarity before me, into the power of voiced words and where those words are being shared from us as to what the words will create as form as they roll off my tongue, over my lips and plant into the world of reality.

A profound insight that, it is not so much the language we choose, the accuracy of our words and pronunciation but the energy and feeling we place into and behind them as we let them go …

And then … they are spoken.

No longer ours to cling onto … to check on the results.  The praise or approval. The judgements, the re-actions.

No lingering residue.

Said. Done, complete.

No longer mine.

Reminder to self: Speak from Heart not HURT and the world changes accordingly ♥️
