Dropping The “To Do” Of Practice.

When we attend to meditation, yoga, Tantra, self love as a practice, we can create the beliefs that:

It is something else to add to our “to do” list,

It is something we need to achieve or succeed at.

It is something separate from the way we live our life.

When we let go of the “to do” of practice, we notice how we have allowed ourselves to BE meditation, self love … Tantra … or yoga, rather than DO.
