Tantric Meditation ~ Trusting In Life.

In the womb without doubt, without logic, without a care , we  have an absolute trust in the breath … our needs being met … and the organic momentum of life.

When we sleep … we trust without taking a pause, that we will breath, that life will keep holding us.

We have these moments to remind us we are not doing the breath.

We are not doing life.

When we can surrender completely to our breath, for each breath to be an allowing … feeling the breath leave our body, our lips, … not grasping, not controlling … allowing the breath to return, caress our lips, our lungs, our belly … our body.

When we can melt into trust of our breath, we find a richer trust into life as it’s own divine intelligence.

Imagine you can now return to the gentle warm darkness of the womb.  Notice how your limbs let go, the mind ceases, that there is a pulsating silence that soothes … how the breath returns to you and moves you, not with nostrils or lips but as if it feeds into your umbilical… and out. Your belly allowing life … your belly allowing breath.

Remembering and Returning you to trust … to your unique relationship with life.  ❤️
