Good, bad, joy, grief are all labels we give that keep us in judgement of the moment & in non acceptance from what is …

They all define how we choose to look at things.

And therefore can create a “clinging on” rather than a graceful ability to move with …  our labels can cause suffering for it is not how we choose life at that time to be or feel.

These experiences are not the labels we give them but how we choose to define them.

The deeper we move into meditation, the less relevant labels become …

And the duality of life is embraced for all the beauty that it is …
