Breaking The Myths Of Menopause.

Breaking the myths of menopause I have found to be a personal choice.

I am and have always been quite a determined madame, as in set to have my experience of how something is and feels, rather than fall into acceptance of how I am told it will be.

And so I approached this phase of womanhood with the same non attachment to “gory tales” and instead with, a if you like, innocent openness to truly welcome and know the menopause for myself, for my body.

In this video I share how I embraced the menopause and how it has felt to me, to know it through my eyes.  I wish through sharing  to empower you to have your own fresh experience of what is a deeply profound transition to be honoured, not feared.
