Trusting Your Breath.

Your breath is a gentle kiss of love and devotion, between your body and the universe …

My morning meditation wisdom.

So many practices ask us to alter, change or control our breath.  We do not trust that our body and the universe already know how to breathe together without our interference.

Always a push to do something even with our natural breath!  How crazy we are!

The first thing you did when you were born was breathe.  Most organically, life breathed you.

This is very often the first “key” I suggest to coming home to the body. To knowing of self.

When we trust in our own breath, we trust in life.

I suggest NOT to change, alter, control or fix, COUNT or THINK the breath for this takes us out of body, out of trust.

Just most simply FEEL your breath ❤
