Coming Home To Your Body

In today’s world the first step for many of us is to feel at ease, to feel safe in one’s own skin and bones and most essentially our world of feeling.

We may not be in tune with our body simply because life has got so busy, that we have moved out of tune with our world of feeling.

Or it may be we fear feeling … for if we do, will we open a box of emotion we have suppressed that we do not believe ourselves to be equipped to cope with.

The first step to coming home to your body is feeling.
