Tantric Meditation ~ Resistance.

We can all feel resistance.

Sometimes of course this resistance may be an old method of self protection which was valid at the time.

This tension too, can at some point hold us in a stuck place where we no longer fit comfortably.

Resistance may feel like tension in our body … a nervous jitter in our energy.

A felt but unseen wall that we cannot seem to move beyond.

It is there because an opportunity to grow is being offered on the horizon.

Change is coming.

Resistance needs flexibility and space to move.  And when we seek a logical explanation for its existence or attach a story, we are adding to the resistance.

Simply watch the resistance … be with it.

Not forcing change, no pushing through or force.

No “trying”.

Just being with your resistance.

Silent. Listening.  Watching. Breathing.

A space will then open for resistance to melt.

To do the doing, without your interference but with body intelligence and wisdom ❤️
