Softening.

Of late I have felt “softer” … seems a bit non descriptive really but there it is.

There is a new “softness” to my edges.

I see in my mind’s eye that I was like one of those sweets … to chewy to let anything in without a bit of resistance but once the initial hardness had gone, a yummy discovery – a warm, over flowing centre trickling, flowing with unlimited ease.

And now the resistance is not there …

Just a “softness”.

A gentle presence that says “I am done fighting; I surrender to Thy will … Welcome. Come in, in whatever form you may be. Be nourished in the warmth of my be-ing.

I do not prevent you now from coming in & I will not hold you back when leaving …”  ♥️
