Self Caress.

When was the last time you made a date with your body?

Gifted yourself with beautiful scented oils and lotions. Lit candles …

When was the last time you touched your skin, your body … for no reason or agenda.

No particular “have to” or sexual reason.

Simply pure self devotion.

Allow yourself the gift of self caress.

Notice the commentary running through your mind.

Breathe …

Can you be loving towards your own body and skin?

Can you move from judgement into gratitude?

Can you be present in your touch?

Breathe …

Little by little this ritual of self love, honour and devotion will get easier, softer.

The mind  will stop its BS.

And your body …

Well your body will glow and flourish just as all things that are cherished in love do.
