When we learn to deeply listen to our bodies, to it’s needs, desires, pleasures and fears. We build a strong connection to our body and an intimate relationship with our body.

This is an essential ingredient not only to initially our body love, body care, self respect and how we “fill out” our own skin but our quality of life and relationship with others.
