Alive in all of us … yet which do we allow and which do we deny?

Do we have the courage to be vulnerable?

To say I feel this pain, it’s ugly but can you can hold it?

Can you hold me?

To acknowledge all wounds, all pain … our beauty and our beast …

To allow others to see and touch both in us,  allows us to be intimate with others.

Drop our masks of trying to be right or loveable and instead deeply held, loved and seen in all that we are.
