Allowing Our Personal Winters.

During the course of our life time we will experience, often more than once, a personal season of Winter.

The catalyst of this transitional stage ignited by grief, loss, change or illness.

Our grief, our loss, our transitions cannot be defined by time and space. Our personal seasons are not linear. To cram these essential moments into allotted time, we never fully immerse into what we truly need and the gifts that called us into our personal Winter.
Coming up too soon, we leave pieces of ourselves un-met and unattended to.
Growth required,  “self rescue and remembering, riches of wisdom, hidden treasure and profound healing awaits us in the depths of the abyss. It is where our medicine lives.

In this video I share with you my personal winters and the value of allowing our self, these necessary and rich times.
