Embodiment …

I let this word roll deliciously around my tongue and through my lips.  Such an inviting word, mysterious and yet solid. 12718262_1694799767429163_5716295259530407887_n 

When I feel into Embodiment, I find myself in a most whole and contented place.

A place where the breath creates smooth, harmonious bridges to my body, my mind, my heart.

It is not spiritual, it is not mind, it is not body.  It is not floating totally ungrounded and off centre, nor in denial of one’s own spiritual nature or the solidness of this skin, these bones … but a subtle and bliss filled unity of all three.
